Refund policy
Please send an email to hello@givemasu.com within 7 days of receiving your package for a refund to be considered.
Paper that's been cut, folded, or altered in any way is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Contact us immediately if your paper is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong design or quantities. For defective or damaged items, we request you take photos and attach them to your email to hello@givemasu.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
Please send an email to hello@givemasu.com within 7 days of receiving your package for an exchange to be considered.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your financial institution to process and post the refund. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
