Shipping policy

Orders $50+ shipping inside the U.S. ship FREE.

Orders $75+ shipping to Canada and U.K. ship FREE. 

Sheets are shipped rolled and protected with glassine. 
Glassine is translucent paper that is moisture & grease resistant, acid free, pH neutral, and 100% recyclable & biodegradable.

Our shipping boxes are custom made to perfectly fit rolled paper, provide an easy opening experience, and give extra protection on the ends. They are made in St. Louis, MO.

Packaging slips are not included to reduce paper use.

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During high volume order times, orders may take 3-5 business days to ship. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Once your package is with the carrier, we have no control over its journey. If your package is missing/lost please contact the carrier prior to contacting MASU. 

We currently ship internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom. MASU is not responsible for any fees, taxes, or duties.
